What information do we collect, and how do we collect it?
We may collect certain information from or about you in connection with your use of, or your submissions to or via, the Site (together, “Collected Information”), including, but not limited to, name, email address, and any information that may be publically available through your social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook. In addition, we may retain the content of, and metadata regarding, any correspondence you may have with us or our representatives, regardless of the mode of communication by which such correspondence was made. This information helps us to improve the Site and the online content, materials, and services that we make available on the Site, and to more effectively and efficiently respond to both current and future inquiries.
In order to gain access to certain portions of the services on the Site, Frost Solutions may require you to register to create an account. To register, you will receive an invitation via email and then be asked to enter your email address and select a password.
In addition, the Collected Information may reveal such things as the Internet protocol (“IP”) address assigned to your computer, specific pages that you access on the Site or prior to or after visiting the Site, and the length of time you spend at the Site. We and our Contractors may use this information to help administer the Site and the servers that provide the Site, generate statistical information, monitor and analyze Site traffic and usage patterns, and improve the Site’s content and content delivery, including any online content, materials, and services that we describe or make available on the Site.
In addition, our Site may send one or more “cookies” to your computer to improve the utility of the Site by storing user preferences and tracking user trends (also deemed “Collected Information” hereunder). Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. We may use “pixel tags,” also known as “web beacons,” which are small graphic files that allow us to monitor the use of our websites. A pixel tag is a type of technology placed on a website or within the body of an email for the purpose of tracking activity on websites, or when emails are opened or accessed, and is often used in combination with cookies. A pixel tag can collect information such as the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the tag appears; the URL of the page on which the pixel tag appears; the time the page containing the pixel tag was viewed; the type of browser that fetched the pixel tag; and the identification number of any cookie on the computer previously placed by that server.
How will we use the information you provide to us?
We may use the information we obtain about you to register, manage and maintain your account on the Site, and provide products and services you request. In addition to the uses described above, we may use Collected Information to analyze and improve the content, materials, and services that we make available on the Site, to notify you of changes made to the Site, to evaluate user needs and improve the Site content, to send you promotional materials, and support our continuing efforts to offer users the information and services we think they want most. Frost Solutions may use information you submit to the Site in a non-identifying fashion (unless otherwise permitted by you) in order to provide aggregate statistics regarding user membership and service hours completed from the Site and to provide personalized service opportunities to you.
Except for the above, we will not share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of the Company unless we have your affirmative (and informed) consent to do so. We do not collect or share any sensitive personal information. Sensitive personal information is a particular category of personal information relating to racial or ethnic origins, political or religious beliefs or sexuality.
With whom do we share the information we collect?
We may produce reports on Site traffic, usage patterns, and similar data generated from Collected Information, and we may share these reports with our third-party service provider partners and others.
Access to Your Information and Choices

How Do We Protect Information Collected About You?
To further protect yourself, you should safeguard your account user name and password and not share the information with anyone. You should also sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit to our Site. Note that we will never ask you for your user name and password over email.
When providing information to a Frost Solutions employee or contractor, DO NOT put sensitive information such as your social security number, national identification number, tax identification number, or any other local, state or regional identification number in any communication. Use your best judgment about whether and what information to provide. If restricted or prohibited by the local laws in the jurisdiction where you reside, do not provide us or otherwise include sensitive information that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, health information, genetic or biometric data, the commission of criminal offenses or proceedings or unlawful or objectionable conduct and any associated penalties. Be cautious when dealing with contacts outside of your own country, and never provide personal information or financial information such as credit card or bank numbers over the phone. Please report any abuse or fraud to us immediately.
Access To and Correction of Information
Much of the Collected Information about you on the Site is directly accessible by you through the Site’s features and you may modify or edit such information at any time by logging into your account and using the Site’s account editing functions. Please note that information you remove through such means may still remain in backup copies for a reasonable period of time.
You acknowledge and are aware that personally identifiable information that you have shared with other users of the Site through one of the communication channels on the Site generally cannot be removed by you.
If you would like to review any of the other personally identifiable information we have retained about you in our database, please send us an e-mail request for this information at firstname.lastname@example.org. To help us address your request, please specify which information you wish to review. Once you have reviewed this information, at your request we will correct personally identifiable information about you that you state is erroneous. Frost Solutions will provide forecasts to its users based on datapoints collected from their devices. These forecasts are directional and predictive and do not dictate any specific action to be taken on behalf of the user.
If at any time you would like to stop receiving notifications or opt-out of a feature, you may choose to opt-out by unsubscribing from notifications and messages by emailing email@example.com. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our databases and servers although we will always make reasonable efforts to do so upon your request.

Location of this Site
This Site is hosted and operated in the United States. However, we and our Contractors may, in our effort to provide the Site, store Collected Information in the United States, or we may transfer it to, and store it within, other countries.
Those who access or use the Site from jurisdictions outside the United States do so at their own choice and risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local law. If you are not a resident of the United States, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and use your personal information outside your home jurisdiction, and that we may store your personal information in the United States or elsewhere.
International Privacy Practices
Company’s websites, including websites directed to residents in countries and jurisdictions outside of the United States, are operated and managed on servers located and operated within the United States. If you are using our Site outside of the United States, your data and information is collected in the country in which you are located and is transferred to the United States or another country where our servers are located. Privacy of Children
We understand that young people need special safeguards and privacy protection. We realize that they may not understand all the provisions of our policy or be able to make thoughtful decisions about the choices that are made available to our adult users. We strongly urge all parents to participate in their children’s exploration of the Internet and any online services, and to teach their children about protecting their personal information while online.
We prohibit registration by children under the age of 13 for the Site and no one under 13 may provide any personally identifiable information to Frost Solutions or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register on the Website or send any information about yourself to Frost Solutions. You agree to abide by these restrictions, and not to help anyone avoid these restrictions. If Frost Solutions learns that we have collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent verification, we will delete the information as soon as possible. California Privacy Rights
California “Shine the Light” law permits its residents to request and receive information about our disclosure of certain categories of Collected Information to other companies for their use in direct marketing. If you area California resident and a user of the Site, you can request a copy of this information from Frost Solutions. To obtain this information, please send an email message to email@example.com with “Request for California Privacy Information” on the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information to you at your e-mail address in response. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
Transfer in the Event of Sale or Change of Control
