Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The SDR is a critical element of our sales operations and will fill the top of the funnel with potential Frost customers.

The day-to-day role will include:

  • Sourcing 50-100 new leads a day from various sources using Google, municipal websites, and paid sales tools like Seamless/ZoomInfo
  • Qualifying and enrolling leads into Hubspot sequences to kick off email campaigns
  • Interfacing with potential customers via email and live chat to answer questions and book demos
  • Maintaining and improving the health of our database, including updating and supplementing contact information
  • Assisting the sales team with email follow-ups and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Sharp and unrelenting attention to detail
  • Experience doing online research
  • Fluent in written English
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Hubspot
  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal daily instruction
  • Experience with lead generation tools a plus
  • Familiarity with North American government roles a plus

Account Executive – Events

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team in leading conference/trade show attendance and follow ups.

The day-to-day role will include:

  • Traveling to conferences, trade shows, and special events around North America
  • Setting up, tearing down, and shipping our trade show booth as needed, sometimes solo
  • Selling the Frost system to conference attendees during and after the trade shows, including email, phone call, and video call follow ups

Requirements:

  • Energized by speaking to prospects in person and working a room
  • 1-2 years of sales experience minimum
  • Any 2 or 4 year degree preferred
  • Ability and desire to travel
  • Experience with CRM systems; Hubspot a plus
  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal daily instruction
  • Ability to lift 50 lb and use basic tools to assemble and disassemble our booth setup

Senior Software Engineer

In 2023, Frost’s software team was focused primarily on stabilizing the platform and evolving the existing proof-of-concept code into a more reliable customer experience. In 2024, the software team at Frost is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will be:

  • A largely independent core contributor of the small, fully remote software engineering team.
  • An advocate for building efficient, fault-tolerant solutions for our customers
  • A leader in designing and implementing new data solutions, platform features, and presentation layers for our customers.

While we’re looking for an engineer who can be the LAST line of defense against service interruptions; our software team has been committed to creating stable architectures, monitoring solutions, continuous integration solutions, and robust testing to mitigate the risk of these events. This means that an ideal hire would be equally committed to building solutions which prevent emergency situations from arising during winter-weather events, to help us better serve our customers AND protect the work-life balance of our team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to receive and provide feedback about designs, code, documentation, etc.
  • Experience at or near the level of a Senior Software Engineer
  • Experience working with AWS, or strong experience working with Azure / GCP
  • Experience working with 3-tier web applications
  • Experience building distributed, fault-tolerant web applications
  • Experience building REST APIs, writing tests at every layer of the stack, maintaining CI/CD, etc

Compensation will be discussed and is commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, salaried role eligible for health insurance, dental, vision, and retirement benefits, but we are open to contractors as well. Frost Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
